5.52

《要集》云：《正法念經》第十七具列十大地。及《涅槃經》第二十七云：下定者，十大地中心數定也。會云：《正法》念正量部義。《涅槃》隨彼轉，非真實理，故非所依。

The Yaoji says: 'The seventeenth fascicle of the Saddharmasmṛtyupasthāna Sūtra fully lists the ten mahābhūmikas. And the twenty-seventh fascicle of the Nirvāṇa Sūtra says: "The lower concentration is the concentration among the mental factors of the ten mahābhūmikas."' Reconciliation says: the Saddharmasmṛtyupasthāna presents the doctrine of the Saṃmatīya school. The Nirvāṇa Sūtra conforms to them; it is not the ultimate truth, and therefore is not an authority.
