答：據能計者破諸外道，若所起之見，及能起見即隨彼地。又解見及起者唯在欲界，由諸外道，依教及理，起如是見，據此破故。此答章中第一問也。

Answer: It refutes the various tīrthikas in terms of the conceivers; as for the views that are arisen and the views that can arise, they follow that stage. Another interpretation: the views and their arisers are only in the desire realm, because the various tīrthikas give rise to such views based on teaching and reasoning, and the refutation is made in accordance with this. This answers the first question in the chapter.
