Answer: Fascicle eighty-seven states: the four graspings are solely greed. It states there: Furthermore, there are four graspings, which are the greed directed toward desires, views, rules and rituals, and self-theories. The four graspings in Yogācāra fascicle fourteen are also the same. However, fascicle ninety-three states: Furthermore, grasping at desire grasping, or grasping at views, rules and rituals, and self-theories—having grasped these graspings, craving and grasping combine, moisten the former projecting causes, and transform to be named 'existence'. These all speak of grasping those four grasped objects; the intention is that the grasping agent is meant, so they are all greed. According to fascicle eighty-nine, both the grasper and the grasped are the grasping limb. Thus that treatise says: Whether grasped, grasper, or purpose of grasping, they are collectively termed grasping.
