答：「此論等說，總約二障，各分一品。或上、下品斷證差別，不說斷數，又據非立諦。《顯揚》約斷雖一、二品，據安立諦分成一百一十二煩惱，實不相違。」

Answer: "What this treatise and others state is broadly based on the two hindrances, each dividing into one grade. Or, in terms of the distinction between severing and realizing the higher and lower grades, they do not speak of the number severed; furthermore, it is based on the non-established truths. The Xianyang, although regarding the severing as of one or two grades, divides them into one hundred and twelve afflictions based on the established truths; there is truly no contradiction."
