答：准《雜集》說，於見道中第十六心隨得二果。准此論第九，十六心等是相見道，非實斷惑，依真假說放法真見。故在真見，與見斷惑一時同斷，不勞異說。

Answer: According to what the Samuccaya states, within the path of seeing, at the sixteenth thought-moment, one attains the two fruits accordingly. According to the ninth fascicle of this treatise, the sixteen minds and the like are the cognitive seeing path and do not truly sever delusion; relying on the true, they are metaphorically called conforming to the method of the true seeing [path]. Therefore, in the true seeing [path], they are severed at the same time as the delusions severed by seeing; there is no need for divergent theories.
