答：在資糧位，有未定生，百劫練根，理即無難；在順決擇，已定生時，去諦觀近，據難偏說。

Answer: In the stage of provisions, rebirths are not yet fixed, so tempering faculties for a hundred kalpas is logically unproblematic; in the stages conducive to penetration, the time of rebirth is already fixed, and being close to the contemplation of the truths, it is spoken particularly in reference to this difficulty.
