1.120

斯有二義：一安惠等，生自悲、智；二生所化悲、智二也。他由論故，悲、智得起，生自可悉。

This has two meanings: first, Sthiramati and others generate their own compassion and wisdom; second, they generate compassion and wisdom in those to be transformed. Because of the treatise, others are able to arouse compassion and wisdom; generating them in oneself can be readily understood.
