答：據為其緣，令諸有情識變法解，名我已說；如手中葉未為作緣，眾生自心未起法解，名我未說；如林中葉，約為增上，名說、不說。

Answer: In terms of serving as their condition, causing the consciousness of sentient beings to transform and understand the Dharma, it is said that "I have spoken"; like the leaves in the hand, which have not yet served as a condition, sentient beings' own minds have not yet generated understanding of the Dharma, and it is said that "I have not spoken." Like the leaves in the forest, [speaking and non-speaking] are designated as "spoken" or "unspoken" in terms of acting as the adhipati.
