答：我能所緣皆假言說，復不離識；汝我及見實能所緣，我復離識，故不為例，應審思之。

Answer: In our system, both the cognizing subject and the cognized object are nominal designations and are not separate from consciousness. Your self and view of a self are real cognizing subjects and cognized objects, and the self is further separate from consciousness. Therefore, this cannot serve as a parallel; one should reflect on this carefully.
