答：有二釋，一云：第七現相隨於見，質通於二性，此相熏種，種隨現相亦名二性。後相依此二性種生，名雜引生。二云：此第七相或質同種，或見同種，種稱雜引也，性雜可知。前解為勝，許第七相別有種故。

Answer: There are two explanations. One says: The manifesting objective aspect of the seventh consciousness follows the subjective vision, while the external basis (mūla-dharmin) pertains to two moral natures. This objective aspect perfuses seeds, and the seeds follow the manifesting objective aspect and are also called having two moral natures. Later objective aspects arise dependent on these seeds of two moral natures; this is called being mixedly induced and produced. The second says: This objective aspect of the seventh consciousness either shares the seeds of the external basis or shares the seeds of the subjective vision; the seeds are called mixedly induced, and the mixture of moral natures is understood accordingly. The former explanation is superior, because it is accepted that the objective aspect of the seventh consciousness has separate seeds.
