答：彼論無釋，以理言之，義同液性，不依於地、父母極微。火等極微，色義得有，能依通常。

Answer: That treatise has no explanation. Speaking by reason, the meaning is the same as that of fluidity: they do not inhere in the parent atoms of earth. In the atoms of fire and so forth, the meaning of form can exist, and the inhering [qualities] are common [to the eternal and impermanent].
