The author of the Commentary must have checked an incorrect manuscript. Now, examining that treatise directly, it says: "Form, smell, taste, and contact are both objects of direct perception and not objects of direct perception. If attached to atoms and the effect of dyads, they are called not objects of direct perception. If attached to gross, non-unitary substances, they are called objects of inferential cognition. Sound is entirely an object of direct perception. Number, dimension, separateness, conjunction, disjunction, posteriority, priority, fluidity, viscidity, heaviness, and velocity are also like form, taste, and smell." Thus, we know that heaviness is common to direct perception and non-direct perception.
