十句之中九句實有，名多實有；此多實中五是現量，現量所以得名為多；不爾，不得名多現量。五是現量，五非現量，現、非現等，現何名多？

Among the ten categories, nine categories are actual existents, which are called 'many actual existents.' Among these many actual existents, five are objects of direct perception; this is why direct perception can be called 'many.' Otherwise, it could not be called 'many direct perceptions.' Since five are direct perception and five are not direct perception, direct perception and non-direct perception being equal, why is direct perception called 'many'?
