有義通假，謂軍、林等。若依前解，軍、林等假非六取收，故後說勝。

One interpretation says that they encompass designations, meaning armies, forests, and the like. If one follows the earlier explanation, designations such as armies and forests are not subsumed under the six; therefore, the latter explanation is superior.
