答：疏但指法，不能繁詞，理實應牒常不生果，一一法名以為宗也。思之可解。

Answer: The Commentary merely points to the principle and cannot be verbose; in reality, one should take up the names of the individual phenomena that are permanent and do not produce effects to serve as the subject. By reflecting on this it can be understood.
