若不簡別直依論作，即有法成有法等失，德、業並在有法之中，復將為喻，故有此過。

If one does not qualify it separately and directly constructs it based on the treatise, there would be faults such as the subject proving the subject: quality and motion would both be within the subject, and then again taken as the example; hence this fault arises.
