顯有、同異既是諸法性，故論言等。若論明言有及同異，不知此二是諸法性。

Because it reveals that existence and sameness-and-difference are already the nature of all dharmas, the Treatise says 'and so forth'. If the Treatise explicitly spoke of existence and sameness-and-difference, one would not know that these two are the nature of all dharmas.
