此設許之，非彼本計。有云：有部除能作因，餘皆因緣；不善得為有覆無記，同類因也。同諦故者。

This is a hypothetical concession, not their actual fundamental doctrine. Someone says: In the Sarvāstivāda school, except for the efficient cause (kāraṇa-hetu), all the rest are causal conditions (hetu-pratyaya); the unwholesome can be a homogeneous cause (sabhāga-hetu) of the veiled indeterminate (nivṛtāvyākṛta), because they share the same Truth.
