詳曰：或可因中以言簡之，應云：除色、心等是有為故，或色、心等攝入宗中，皆無不定。雖本破動，為遮不定兼破色、心令剎那滅，違他順己亦無過矣。

Detailed analysis says: or perhaps one could qualify it in the reason (hetu) with words, stating: 'Because it is conditioned, excluding matter, mind, etc.,' or subsume matter, mind, etc., into the thesis (pakṣa), in which case there is no inconclusiveness. Although originally refuting movement, in order to prevent inconclusiveness it concurrently refutes matter and mind so that they perish momentarily; contradicting the other school while conforming to one's own also incurs no fault.
