答：前釋但言語能表了而不分別；後解分別，由其語聲有假名等而有表也。

Answer: The previous explanation merely states that speech can express clearly without discriminating; the latter explanation discriminates, in that because the sound of speech has nominal designations, etc., it has communicative expression.
