此唯識論顯隨心惑及不隨心二惑差別，故別脫言發身、語也，定、道不必皆能發故。

This *Treatise on Consciousness-Only* shows the distinction between the two precepts: those that follow the mind and those that do not follow the mind. Therefore, prātimokṣa is spoken of as generating body and speech, because [the precepts of] meditative absorption and the path do not necessarily generate them.
