答：種有功能現不應斷，現行既斷，明種無能，能既謝焉，何不名死？有云：取六根種立命為善。

Answer: If the seeds possess capacity, the active should not be interrupted; since the active is already interrupted, it is clear that the seeds lack capacity. Since the capacity has already perished, why would it not be called death? Some say: Taking the seeds of the six faculties to establish life is preferable.
