按彼論云：謂一切法能於未來有作用者，總有三類：一者內法，如苦法智忍；二者外法，如月光明；三內外法，如諸生相。

According to that treatise, it says: Among all dharmas that can have an operation in the future, there are three types in total: first, internal dharmas, such as the receptivity to the cognition of the doctrine of suffering (duḥkha-dharma-jñāna-kṣānti); second, external dharmas, such as moonlight; third, internal and external dharmas, such as the various characteristics of arising.
