若宗但言非離所依別有實體，他許屈曲離所依色別有實體，故闕所立。若言法處，他亦不許色上屈曲在於法處，故喻無過。

If the thesis merely stated that there is no separate real entity apart from its basis, the other party admits that flexure has a separate real entity apart from its base form, and thus the thesis would lack what is to be established. If one states 'dharmāyatana', the other party also does not admit that flexure upon form is in the dharmāyatana, so the example is faultless.
