在佛化者而是善收，所餘不爾，以佛色、聲皆唯善故。有義：設非是化，有情勝業所感外器有如是聲，能詮諸法同絃管聲，亦無有失。

What is transformed by a buddha is subsumed under the wholesome, but the remainder is not so, because a buddha's form and sound are all solely wholesome. Another opinion says: even if it is not a transformation, when the external receptacle produced by the superior karma of sentient beings has such sounds that can designate phenomena, like the sounds of strings and pipes, there is also no fault.
