略有二釋：一、天屬能愛，愛屬所愛，所愛名天，天之愛故，依主釋；二、天之與愛並屬能愛，今者所愛得天愛名，即有財釋，如《毘伽羅論》而明此事，即《樞要》中所說是也。

There are briefly two interpretations: First, 'gods' belongs to the lover, and 'beloved' belongs to the object of love; the object of love is called 'god', being 'the love of the gods'; this is a tatpuruṣa compound. Second, both 'god' and 'love' belong to the lover, and now the object of love obtains the name 'beloved of the gods'; this is a bahuvrīhi compound, as this matter is explained in the Vyākaraṇa-śāstra, which is what is stated in the Cheng weishi lun shuyao.
