牒所無假。前擇由假說我、法中疏有兩判：一、假我法乃屬於說，但假言說以為我、法；二、假我、法不在於言，以所說為。今非第二。

This cites the non-existent provisional. Previously, in examining "Through provisional designation, self and dharmas are spoken of," the Commentary had two interpretations: first, the provisional self and dharmas belong to discourse, taking merely provisional verbal expression as self and dharmas; second, the provisional self and dharmas do not lie in speech, but consist in what is spoken of. Here, it negates the second.
