釋所以也。汝宗說似依於假立，所依假無，能依之似，故亦不有。

This explains the reason. Your school says that the resembling is established based on the designated; since that upon which it is based—the designated—is nonexistent, that which is based upon it—the resembling—therefore also does not exist.
