詳曰：科判具疏，又今助科總分為二：一、彼難非理，至前已破故，總非小乘及以外道；二、依類等下，別破二計。犢子等計既許有我，故作此科亦應無失。

In detailed consideration: The structural outline is fully given in the Commentary. Now, to assist the outline, it is divided overall into two parts: First, from "That objection is unreasonable" down to "because it was already refuted before," it generally negates the Hīnayāna as well as external paths. Second, from "based on category," and so forth, down, it specifically refutes the two doctrines. Since doctrines such as the Vātsīputrīyas accept that there is a self, making this outline should likewise be without error.
