答：略為三釋：一云火有猛德，人無其德，以人非是實句攝故，如何得言有於共法而假說耶？若言人聚、火聚二中有德相似名為共者，亦為不可，非唯依實一聚之中，通諸法故。二云：以似名共，共、似無別，即依二法而立於假，云何前云依三法立？故救非理。

Answer: Briefly, there are three explanations: First, fire possesses the quality of fierceness, but a human lacks that quality, because a human is not subsumed under the substance category; how can one say that there is a common dharma and thereby designate? If one says that in the two aggregates of human and fire there are qualities that resemble each other and are called common, this too is unacceptable; it is not solely based on substance, for in a single aggregate it pervades various dharmas. Second, if resemblance is called commonality, then commonality and resemblance have no distinction; this would mean establishing designation based on two dharmas, so why did they say earlier that it is established based on three dharmas? Therefore the rescue is unreasonable.
