即第一釋唯增之義而得成也，故疏自云今日為增，明不結成，前第二釋故。
Namely, the first interpretation's meaning of "only increasing" is established; therefore the Commentary itself says "today it is taken as increasing," making clear that it is not concluding the former second interpretation.
