有義：諸師皆云破安惠師及清辨義。今解通破正量部義。彼說心等緣境之時，更不別說於能緣心有行相故。

One interpretation: The various masters all say that this refutes Master Sthiramati and the doctrine of Bhavya. The present interpretation holds that it refutes the doctrine of the Sammatīya school in general. When they say that mind and so forth take an object, they do not additionally and distinctly state that there is a cognitive aspect on the mind that is capable of cognizing.
