詳曰：此明二分見、相相對，名能、所緣，以破安惠，何過而有？又論自結，故心、心所必有二相，故不可判屬三分也。

Examination: This clarifies the two aspects of vision and image in reciprocal opposition as capable of cognizing and that which is cognized, in order to refute Sthiramati—what fault could there be? Furthermore, the Treatise itself concludes: Therefore mind and mental factors necessarily have two aspects; hence it cannot be classified as belonging to the three aspects.
