釋曰：而難意云：如一色聚餘香等微，亦同其處應名無對。其答意云色等之中有違、不違。違者別居，順者同處。又業力致，何以得知一處有多？如一色聚眼見是色，鼻嗅有香，舌甞即味，身覺有觸，故言色根共受用也。

Explanation: The intention of the objection is: As in a single material aggregate, the other subtle atoms of fragrance and so forth also occupy the same place, so they should be called non-resistant. The intention of the answer is: Among matter and so forth, there are conflicting and non-conflicting. Those that conflict reside separately; those that conform occupy the same place. Furthermore, it is brought about by the power of karma. How is it known that multiple [dharmas] exist in a single place? Just as in a single material aggregate, the eye sees colour, the nose smells fragrance, the tongue tastes flavour, and the body feels touch; hence it is said that they are commonly enjoyed by the material sense-faculties.
