答：身在於上，不起於下，定通等也。所以如疏起下散識，故有別也。
Answer: When the body is in a higher [realm], not giving rise to the lower, that is samādhi, abhijñā, and so forth. Therefore, as the Commentary says, giving rise to lower scattered consciousness makes the distinction.
