答：梵觀於下，自力亦能，故不言也。若也，傍觀萬八千界，亦由佛力，自力不迨，且據上下，故不云梵。

Answer: When Brahmā views the lower realm, he is also capable of doing so by his own power, hence he is not mentioned. If one looks laterally across eighteen thousand realms, this also depends on the Buddha's power, as one's own power is insufficient; speaking provisionally of above and below, Brahmā is not mentioned.
