答：疏不定判，《樞要》及《燈義》意許也。有義釋云：若變自身，他地可爾，下地能引天眼、耳故，他地他身及他地器，設定等力如何能變，變之何用？麁細懸隔不依持故。

Answer: The Commentary does not decide definitively; the intent of the *Kanyao* and the *Liaoyi deng* accepts it. Another interpretation says: If it transforms one's own body, [transforming that of] another plane is admissible, because the lower plane can produce the divine eye and ear; but as for another person's body or the vessel-world of another plane, even supposing the power of meditative concentration and the like, how could it transform them, and what would be the use of transforming them? For the coarse and the subtle are far removed, and they do not support or maintain [one another].
