此釋意云，此摶生種，由世第一同時無漏種子引生。不以同時無漏種起，故無同念種生種失。

The import of this explanation is: this seed produced all at once is induced and produced by the anāsrava seed simultaneous with the worldly supreme dharma (laukikāgryadharma). It is not produced from a simultaneous anāsrava seed, so there is no fault of a seed producing a seed in the same moment.
