略有二義。一云餘者謂受等四，二云餘者謂行相餘。所不例者，亦應難之，難思可悉。

Briefly, there are two meanings. The first says 'the other' refers to the four beginning with feeling; the second says 'the other' refers to what is other than the mental aspect. Those not drawn as parallel should also be objected to; the objection can be understood through reflection.
