問：六處受熏，能熏王、所皆熏本識，本識合有三十六箇，一時頓生，何但言六？

Question: When the six loci are perfumed, both the perfuming primary mind and its mental factors perfume the fundamental consciousness. In the fundamental consciousness there would be thirty-six in total, produced simultaneously at one time; why speak only of six?
