3.60

有義：難云：因現有用果非無，可說果由現因起；果在未來體非有，如何現果由因生？

One master objects: If the cause has present function and the fruit is not non-existent, one can say that the fruit arises from the present cause; but the fruit in the future has no substantial existence, so how can a present fruit arise from a cause?
