問：他若救云：生、滅非因果，相違不同世。滅、生因果收，相順故同世。

Question: What if the opponent rescues their position by saying: arising and ceasing are not cause and effect, and being mutually contrary they are not in the same time period; [whereas] ceasing and arising are subsumed under cause and effect, and because they are mutually compliant they are in the same time period?
