詳曰：觀彼論意亦以積集而明心義，舉彼三科所熏習氣，顯彼能集識為心也。此論亦唯以積集義，而明心也。下文方以積集、集起二義解心。

Examining this: Observing the intention of that treatise, it also clarifies the meaning of citta through accumulation (sañcaya), adducing the latent impressions perfumed by those three categories to demonstrate that the consciousness capable of accumulating is citta. This treatise also clarifies citta solely through the meaning of accumulation. Only in the text below does it explain citta through the two meanings of accumulation (sañcaya) and arising from accumulation (upacaya).
