不能具緣色、心、心所及下地等，此不盡理。聖教有說無色界心了一切故，故第二云不能念念遍緣一切，此釋為勝。

[To say that] it cannot fully cognize form, mind, mental factors, lower planes, and so on does not fully grasp the principle. Because sacred teachings state that the mind in the formless realm cognizes all things, the second [explanation], which says that it cannot universally cognize all things in thought-moment after thought-moment, is superior.
