「此」者，即此第八識也，共許蘊外而別有體，名之為離。非他許之名不共也。

'This' is this eighth consciousness. That it has a distinct entity outside the mutually accepted aggregates is called 'separate'. That the other [tradition] does not accept it is called 'not mutually accepted'.
