彼云無失，生、滅二相雖同一世，是二剎那。以為因果故，亦不是即剎那也。
He says that there is no fault: although the two characteristics of arising and ceasing belong to the same single temporal period, they are two [distinct] moments. Because they are considered cause and effect, they are also not the very same moment.
