因、宗皆犯一分過也。因中亦犯兩俱，一分所依不成，因不遍彼宗中。《發智》兩俱名同，故疏不開。

Both the reason and the thesis incur a fault in one part. In the reason, it also incurs the fault of the locus being unestablished in one part for both parties (bhāgāsiddhāśrayāsiddha), because the reason does not pervade that thesis. The Jñānaprasthāna has the same name for both parties, so the Commentary does not differentiate it.
