答：由有此失，故疏下云又六與八非一向異，意簡前失。若准此簡，亦乃遮彼互相熏量不定過也。由是兩釋理皆通矣，故疏不判二解優劣。

Answer: Because there is this fault, the Commentary below states that the six and the eighth are not entirely distinct, intending to qualify the previous fault. If based on this qualification, it also precludes the fault of inconclusiveness in their syllogism of mutual perfuming. Thus both explanations are logically viable; hence the Commentary does not judge the superiority of either explanation.
