答：從多而說。或彼心所依亦名眾，眾非一義，兼自心王依成二故。王、所同類，故總合言託眾所依。

Answer: It is spoken in terms of the majority. Alternatively, the bases of their mental factors are also called 'multiple', for 'multiple' has more than one meaning, and when combined with the basis of the primary citta itself they become two. Primary citta and mental factors are of the same class, so it is stated inclusively as 'depending on multiple bases'.
