彼量同前，據實芽、種而非異時，喻闕所立。若云我許，即喻所立，他隨一過。又因不定，焰、燈、荷根而俱時故。

His inference is the same as before: in reality, sprout and seed are not at different times, so the example lacks the probandum. If he says 'I accept it', then regarding the probandum of the example, there is the fault of being unestablished for the other party. Furthermore, the reason is inconclusive, because flame, lamp, and lotus roots are simultaneous.
